The public record of systems assembled by this office. Each entry opens into its dossier: what was commissioned, what was built, what inspection found, and how it was handed over. No figure here is invented; where a count is approximate, it says so.

§1The entries

GE-000 Studio operations and this register 75 parts 2026
Commission

None. Entry zero was assembled by this office for this office. It is the bench the other systems were built on.

Works performed

Fifty-two skills, twenty-three specialist agents and a workshop of small deterministic tools, under one written runbook. It runs the studio: research, drafting, review, verification and the keeping of this register.

Parts in service

Seventy-five parts, counted from the studio's own manifest on 07.08.2026: fifty-two skills and twenty-three specialist agents. The small tools of the workshop are not counted in that figure. The largest system on the register, and the only one this office still operates.

Inspection

Continuous. A fault found in a client system is corrected in entry zero first, so the next assembly cannot repeat it. The register is kept to the standard it publishes.

Handover record

Not handed over, and it will not be. Entry zero stays here. The mark at the head of this page and the portrait in this dossier are both drawn from it.

GE-001 Email security investigation 57 parts 2026
Commission

An email security practice required a portable working system for the investigation of suspicious mail: the triage of alerts, header forensics, and the writing and tuning of detection rules. Specified as a complete kit, tied to no machine but the owner's.

Works performed

Eleven skills, six specialist agents and seven deterministic instruments, assembled to one specification. The instruments parse mail, interpret authentication records, trace delivery routes, unwrap addresses and extract indicators; each runs with nothing installed.

Parts in service

Fifty-seven parts, everything delivered at handover counted: the classes recorded above are the principal ones, not the whole of the kit. Every instrument was proven against a fabricated specimen before handover; correct behaviour was demonstrated, not assumed.

Inspection

Inspection surfaced two defects the assembly reports had not declared, one of character encoding, one of two instruments handling the same indicator differently. Both were corrected at root and re-proven.

Handover record

Handed over whole and removed from this bench. The system carries no reference back to this office; that was a term of the commission, and it was met.

GE-002 Non-profit programme operations About 70 parts 2026
Commission

A programme office in the youth education sector required a system for its recurring work: impact reporting, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising and school correspondence. The operator writes no code. Safeguarding and data protection duties applied throughout.

Works performed

Thirteen skills, five review agents and a working set of templates, including staged school correspondence and consent and privacy forms. The safeguarding check is wired into the system itself rather than left to anyone's memory.

Parts in service

About seventy parts across the whole kit; the classes recorded above are the principal ones. No brand value, figure or date was invented; everything unverified is marked plainly for the operator to confirm.

Inspection

The first inspection declared the work complete too early. A second, independent inspection found the gaps, among them a safety check that depended on remembering to run it. All were corrected before handover.

Handover record

Operated daily by its owner without this office. The runbook is written in plain English; the system does not require its operator to be technical.

GE-003 Economics research and teaching 72 parts 2026
Commission

An academic economist required one organised home for four lanes of work: research, teaching, journal service and personal tooling. Specified in US English, which this register records as a deviation from house practice.

Works performed

Thirteen skills, seven adversarial review agents and seven deterministic instruments. Among the reviewers is a referee that referees the owner's own papers before any journal sees them.

Parts in service

Seventy-two parts, one for each file handed over. The instruments passed fifteen of fifteen proofs against fixtures before the body of the system was assembled around them.

Inspection

A second inspection reviewed the first and corrected the record itself: a claim that certain templates compile was reduced to “written to compile”, no compiler having been present. This register prefers a smaller true claim to a larger unproven one.

Handover record

Handed over as a starter for the owner to populate. The handover states plainly what the checks did and did not cover.

GE-004 Game production, two platforms 61 parts 2026
Commission

A senior 3D artist, also building games, required a system spanning both careers: production craft, real-time optimisation and engine programming. Assembled on one operating system for service on another; portability was made a checked property, not a hope.

Works performed

Sixteen skills, six review agents and five deterministic instruments, including a naming linter, a texture reporter that reads binary file headers directly, and a delivery manifest that proves nothing changed in transit.

Parts in service

Sixty-one parts across the whole kit; the classes recorded above are the principal ones. Twenty-five of twenty-five self-tests passed at handover, each run through real processes.

Inspection

Inspection tested the gates themselves and found one that an out-of-range part could pass while the record claimed otherwise. The gate was corrected, and a specimen now holds it shut.

Handover record

The handover enumerates what no check exercised, so the claims stay exactly as large as the proofs. Continued inspection was offered; the system does not require it.

The register lists systems by line of work only; our clients' business stays their business.

Particulars beyond the dossiers are shown on application, to serious enquiries only.

§2The registrar

Registrar

Rron Imami, a design lead. He has assembled working AI systems for four lines of work, and one for this office. He keeps this register the way the systems are built: documented, inspected and honest about what is in service and what is not.

Standard

No system is registered that the registrar would not operate himself. That is the standard.

Applications

By email, or by the application form. Commissions are reviewed in the order received, and every application is answered.
