Reporting your funders can trust, without the rebuild.
Giant Entity helps charities and mission-led organisations put their programme records into one database, so funder and board reports assemble from the data instead of being rebuilt by hand each time. The work is led by Dorotea, who has managed programmes for London councils and non-profits since 2019, with Rron Imami. We work in the tools you already have, such as Excel, Google Forms, Microsoft 365 or Airtable, and leave your team able to run the system without us.
Does this sound like your monthly report?
- The programme list sits in one spreadsheet, the budget in a second and the session figures in a third.
- Updates arrive by email, and someone chases the ones that do not.
- At report time, someone copies figures from all three into a document and checks them by hand.
- Nobody can say who owns what, or what is late, without asking around.
- A funder asks for the impact figures in a new format, and the rebuild starts again.
What changes
An example on invented data, from a team that reports to its board and its funders every month.
Before. Three spreadsheets that disagree, with programme names, owners and dates written differently in each. The report is rebuilt by hand every month, and nobody is sure which copy is current.
After. One database lists every programme with its owner, next due date and status. Owners update their own records through a short form, and a reminder reaches them before a date slips. The report assembles itself from the data, ready for a person to check and send. Everyone can see what is late and who owns it, without asking.
The names and figures in our example are made up, and no organisation's information is shown. You can see it drawn out in the before and after on the Work page.
What we set up
This is our workflow and automation work.
We map how the work runs today.
Process mapping follows the work from the first sign-up form to the final funder report, with the people who do it, and shows where the retyping and chasing happen. The process is redesigned before anything is built.
We put the records in one place.
One database for every programme, in Airtable or a similar tool, where every record has an owner and a due date that everyone can see.
We automate the repeat steps.
Automations between your tools, so a form entry lands in the right record and reporting stops being a monthly rebuild.
We train your team.
Short sessions built around their own work, and documentation in plain English, so whoever joins next can pick it up.
Your data, and AI
Your data stays where you control it: in your own accounts, under your own permissions. When you book, describe your data rather than sharing it, and leave out personal details about anyone else, such as staff or the people you support.
No AI goes near your data without your agreement. We ask first, and if the answer is no, we design the work without it. Where AI does help, such as AI assistants your team can check, each step is tested before it goes live, people decide and check everything, and where it falls short the step stays with a person.
Bring your questions about UK GDPR and consent to the first call, before anything is built.
Who you will work with

Dorotea, Head of Workflow and Automation, has managed programmes for London councils and non-profits since 2019, improving the workflows, databases and automations behind them. She knows from the inside how councils and non-profits work. Dorotea's background.
Rron Imami, Co-founder and Creative Director, designs the systems behind his own work, where AI tools take on bounded tasks and the decisions stay with him. He also leads the work if you need a website that explains your work.
Questions programme teams ask
Will we need to buy new software?
Not at the start. We work in the tools you already pay for, such as Excel, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Airtable, and start with what you have before anyone buys anything new.
Who runs the system once it is built?
Your team does. We document it in plain English and train the people who will use it. If you would rather we looked after it, that is a monthly arrangement, offered only when there is something to keep.
Can the work fit a grant or a funder deadline?
Tell us the deadline and the reporting format your funder asks for on the first call, and the written scope will be planned around it.
How is it priced?
After the first call we send a written scope with a fixed price. It says what we will build, who will build it and what you will have at the end, and nothing starts until you agree it.
Book a call
Bring the tools you use now and the report your team rebuilds most often. Describe your data rather than sharing it. Dorotea and Rron will be on the call.
