Your brand, your site and your admin, from one studio.

Giant Entity is a London studio for owners of growing businesses who need a brand and a website that fit the business they run now, and the admin behind them sorted out. Rron Imami designs your brand and builds the website himself. Dorotea maps how your team's work really runs and sets up the system that replaces the spreadsheets, with Rron. You can take one part on its own, or both, under one written scope.

Does any of this sound like your business?

  • The website was done years ago, nobody maintains it, and you would rather not send people to it.
  • The logo, the van, the proposals and the social posts all look slightly different.
  • People search for what you do and find someone else.
  • Your staff retype the same figures into Excel every month, and month end takes days.
  • Client data sits in three spreadsheets and an inbox, and only one person knows which copy is current.
  • You want a named person you can ring, not a ticket number.

If two or three of these are true, a call is a good place to start. If you are not sure which matters most, plan your project first and bring the result.

The part people see: your brand and website

This is brand and websites, led by Rron Imami.

A brand. A brand identity your whole team can use: distinct directions to choose from, then the chosen one developed in full, with a logo that works at every size, down to the icon in a browser tab, and colours, typefaces and usage rules in one short guide for your team and suppliers.

A website. Website design and build: a page plan, every page designed and built for phone and desktop, copy tightened or written in your own voice, and a switch-over that keeps your email working. Every site we build is set up to be found by search engines and AI assistants.

If you are not sure the site is the problem. A site and search audit looks at the site you already have and ranks the fixes, and we make them if you want us to. We do not promise rankings, in search results or in AI answers.

The part that eats the week: your admin

This is workflow and automation, led by Dorotea with Rron.

First, see how the work runs. Process mapping follows the work from the first form to the final report, with the people who do it, and marks where the retyping and chasing happen. The process is redesigned before anything is built.

Then, one place for your records. One database for your records, in Airtable or a similar tool, whether that is a CRM for your clients or a tracker for your jobs. Every record has an owner and a due date everyone can see.

Then, the repeat work. Automation builds join the tools you already pay for, such as Excel and Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Airtable and your CRM, so a form entry lands in the right record and the owner hears before a date slips.

AI, where it holds up. AI assistants your team can check. We use AI tools where they are reliable, people decide and check everything, and your data stays out of them unless you agree.

Your data stays in your own accounts, under your own permissions. We write the documentation in plain English and train the people who will use the system, so your team can run it without us.

Can one studio really do both?

Yes, and it is the reason to brief one studio rather than two. The enquiry form on your new website can land straight in the database your team works from, and the report your accountant asks for can assemble itself from the same records, ready for a person to check. When the same studio designs the site and the system behind it, nobody has to explain one supplier's work to another. If you only need one half, that is fine too.

An example

Rron took a B2B training company from a first call to a new brand and a live website in six weeks. On the systems side, the work by the team includes a before and after on invented data: three spreadsheets that disagree, rebuilt by hand every month, become one database with a report that assembles itself.

Who you will talk to

Book a call and you talk to the person who leads that kind of work: Rron for the brand and website, Dorotea and Rron for the admin. The call can be by phone or video, and the person you speak to is the person who does the work.

Questions owners ask

How much will it cost?

We agree a fixed price in a written scope after the first call. The scope says what we will make, who will make it and what you will have at the end, and nothing starts until you agree it. If the work is unclear, we suggest a smaller first step, such as an audit or a process map, rather than guess.

Who maintains the website after launch?

Your team can, because every file we make is yours and we show you how. If you would rather we looked after it, that is a monthly arrangement, offered only once the site is live and there is something to keep.

Do we have to buy new software?

Not at the start. We work in the tools you already pay for, such as Excel, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Airtable, and start with what you have before anyone buys anything new.

Can we start with just one part?

Yes. You can start with the website or with the monthly report, and the rest can follow later under its own scope, or not at all. See how a project runs.
