Privacy
This site asks for personal details in one place: the Book a call form. What you type there reaches us once, by email, and the website keeps no copy. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking pixels, and every file it loads comes from giantentity.com. Our web host keeps standard access logs, described below.
What we collect
The Book a call form asks for:
- what you need, and any notes you add
- your name, email address, and organisation or website
- whether you would like a phone or video call, and two times that suit
- if you choose to give them, a phone number and a colleague’s email address
Please leave out personal details about anyone else, such as clients, staff or the people you support.
The form also sends two spam checks that say nothing about you: how long the page was open, and a hidden field that only spam programs fill in.
If you give a colleague’s email address, we use it only to include them when we arrange the call.
Where it goes
When you press Send, a small program on our web host, Vercel, passes your brief to Resend, an email service that sends it from Ireland (EU). It reaches us as one email, and neither the website nor that program keeps a copy. That program runs on Vercel’s servers in the United States.
The email arrives in our inbox, which runs on Google Workspace.
If the form cannot send, it offers to open your own email program with the same brief, addressed to us. That email goes through your own email provider.
“Email it to yourself” opens your own email program with a copy addressed to you. It never passes through our website, and the form never emails you.
“Copy the brief” puts the text on your device’s clipboard and sends nothing.
Inside Giant Entity, your brief is read only by the people who handle your enquiry. We do not sell your details, and no one outside Giant Entity receives them from us apart from the services named on this page.
Cookies and logs
This site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. It runs no analytics and no tracking pixels. Its fonts, scripts and images are all served from giantentity.com, so your browser loads nothing from any other web address.
Vercel hosts this website. Its servers keep standard access logs of each request, such as the page asked for, the time, your browser type and your IP address. We use them only to keep the site working.
Who is responsible
Giant Entity, London, is responsible for your details. In data protection law that makes us the controller: we decide how your details are used. Giant Entity is run by its co-founders, Rron Imami and Norik Imami. You can reach us at hello@giantentity.com.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you and arrange the call. Data protection law allows this for two reasons: you asked us to take steps before a possible contract, and replying to people who contact us is in our legitimate interests.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and then we delete it. The website itself keeps nothing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@giantentity.com; you do not need to use any particular words. The law gives us one calendar month to respond.
Complaints
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are still unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this page
If the way we handle your details changes, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
