Questions we are asked before a call.

Short answers to what people want to know before they book. Each answer starts with the answer. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

About the studio

What does Giant Entity do?

Giant Entity is a London studio that designs and builds brands, websites, workflows, 3D and games, start to finish, in the same hands. The work comes in three kinds, each with a named lead: Brand and websites with Rron Imami, Workflow and automation with Dorotea and Rron, and 3D and games with Norik Imami.

Where are you based?

We are based in London. Calls are by phone or video, whichever suits you.

Who will I talk to?

You talk to the person who leads the kind of work you need. The booking page shows who will be on the call before you send anything. If you choose “Not sure yet”, Rron will be on the call and will bring in whoever fits.

Can I see work you have done for clients like us?

The work on this site was made by the people who make up Giant Entity, before the studio and alongside it, and none of it is presented as Giant Entity client work. You can see it on Work by the team. Each piece says what it is, who made it and in what role, and where it was made. Work made at another studio is marked as such and its clients are not named.

Price and scope

How much does a project cost?

We agree a fixed price for your project in a written scope after the first call, so the price matches the work you need. We do not publish prices, and we do not quote on the call itself. On the call we listen to what you need, what exists today and what is fixed, such as a date or your tools. Then we write a scope of one or two pages: what we will make, who will make it, what is included and what is not, the milestones, the fixed price and how it is paid. Nothing starts until you agree it.

What if we do not know exactly what we need?

Then we suggest a first step that is scoped and priced on its own, such as a site and search audit or a process map. You see the findings before you decide on anything bigger. You can also plan your project before you book, and bring the result to the call.

What is in a written scope?

What we will make and what is left out, who will make it, what you will have at the end, the milestones, the fixed price and how it is paid, and what we need from you. See how a project runs.

Can you do the brand, the website and the spreadsheets too?

Yes. A project that needs more than one kind of work still gets one plan and one written scope, and you can also take any part on its own.

Files, data and AI

Who owns the files at the end?

You do. Every file we make is yours: the logo's source files, the site's code, the database, the automations, the models and the written instructions. Nothing is locked to us.

Do you use AI?

Yes, in some steps, with a person checking. We use AI tools where they are reliable, people decide and check everything, and your data stays out of them unless you agree. Each AI step is tested before it goes live, and where it falls short, the step stays with a person. More on AI assistants for teams.

Will our data go into AI tools?

Not without your agreement. We ask first, and if the answer is no, we design the work without it. Your data stays where you control it, in your own accounts and under your own permissions.

Do we have to buy new software?

Not at the start. We work in the tools you already pay for, such as Excel, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Airtable, and start with what you have before anyone buys anything new.

Will our new website rank on Google?

We do not promise rankings. Every site we build is set up to be found by search engines and AI assistants: page titles and descriptions for every page, structured data that says who you are and what you offer, and fast pages with real text. For a site you already have, we can audit it and rank the fixes.

Who looks after the website after launch?

Your team can, because the files are yours and we show you how. If you would rather we looked after it, that is a monthly arrangement, offered only once the site is live and there is something to keep.

Game studios

Do you sign NDAs and do art tests?

Yes to both. NDAs are standard and we sign before you share anything, and we are happy to do an art test first. We work in Unreal Engine first, in your engine version and source control, to your naming conventions. More on co-development days.

What we do not do

Do you buy media, run lead generation or film with crews?

No. We make the creative for adverts and outreach; buying the space, sending the messages and choosing who receives them stay with you. Our video work is motion, animation and CGI, so there is no shoot to organise. We do not make architectural visualisation.
