Extra hands that already know Unreal.

Giant Entity gives game studios extra 3D, animation and Unreal Engine hands, from London. The work is led by Norik Imami, who has worked in 3D for nine years, inside game studio pipelines and on brand campaigns, and covers the whole pipeline himself, from the first sculpt to a model running in the engine. We can join your team for a block of days each month, take on a set of assets, or make the trailer and store art when release is close.

What we take on

This is our 3D and games work, sized for a team that is already in production.

  • 3D models and texture sets, to your triangle budget and naming conventions, with LODs to your spec. See game art and assets.
  • Rigging for characters and props, to your skeleton and naming conventions.
  • Animation, for in-game use or for trailers. See modelling, rigging and animation.
  • Optimisation: bringing heavy assets inside your frame budget so they still look right up close.
  • Game UI and UX, led by Rron Imami, who leads the UI, UX and balancing on our own games.
  • Gameplay prototyping in Unreal C++, so a mechanic can be tested in the engine before your team commits to it.

Norik works in Maya, ZBrush, Substance and Marvelous Designer, and we deliver in the formats your pipeline takes.

Joining your team for a block of days

Co-development days means we join your team for a block of days each month and work inside your pipeline. It suits a studio that needs more hands for a few months without hiring.

  • We are happy to do an art test first.
  • NDAs are standard. We sign before you share anything.
  • We work in your engine version and your source control, to your naming conventions.
  • Unreal Engine first.
  • The days come as a block each month, agreed in writing before work starts.
  • You get a weekly look at real progress, in your build.

When release is close

Trailers, key art and store page art, made from your own game. We cut trailers from your engine footage, so they show the game as it plays, and make the key art and store page art from your own models. If the game needs a website as well, Rron designs and builds it.

Who you will work with

Norik Imami, Co-founder and Head of 3D and Games, leads every games project. He has made marketing films and in-game assets for mobile, console and PC games, at a creative studio for the games industry where he became Senior 3D Artist, and now makes cinematics and AR and VR work for global brands. A stop motion film he animated won a major international design and advertising award in 2020, awarded to the studio. He also writes gameplay C++ in Unreal Engine. Norik's full background.

Rron Imami, Co-founder and Creative Director, joins when the work touches game UI and UX or a game's website.

Credits and what you can see

Norik's earlier work was made at other studios, so it is credited by role and its clients are not named. Nothing unreleased or under NDA is shown. The captions on the Work page say what each piece is, what Norik did on it and where it was made.

Rron and Norik are also making two games of their own in Unreal Engine 5.8: a tower defence game for PC and an endless runner for phones. Both are in development and unreleased. Norik leads the 3D and animation; Rron leads the UI, UX and balancing. The captures on the Work page come straight from the development builds.

Questions producers ask

Do you work in Unreal Engine?

Yes, Unreal Engine first. We work in your engine version and source control, and Norik writes gameplay C++ as well as making the art.

Will you sign an NDA before we share anything?

Yes. NDAs are standard, and we sign before you share a single file.

Can you do an art test?

Yes, we are happy to do an art test first, so you can judge the work against your own style before any block of days is agreed.

How do co-development days work?

We join your team for a block of days each month, agreed in writing before work starts. You get a weekly look at real progress, in your build.

Do you use AI on our project?

Not on your files without your agreement. We use AI tools only where they are reliable, people decide and check everything, and your data stays out of them unless you agree.

How is it priced?

After the first call we send a written scope with a fixed price, or the terms for a monthly block of days. Nothing starts until you agree it. See how a project runs.

Book a call

Tell us your Unreal version, how you handle source control, a style reference and when you need us to start. If you need an NDA first, say so and we will sign one before you share anything. Norik will be on the call.
